There's never been depreciation in the super-luxury market in Miami, but things might slow down--and there's been lots of talk about a potential correction in the condo market. If you do intend to sell, you should put your property on the market as soon as possible. You have a higher chance of getting a quick offer now. We don't know what's going to happen in the future, nobody has that crystal ball. And don't wait until the summer, when it's hot and rainy.
